Since obtaining some cases for my cars, I am able to open some. I have always saved my cases for my JLs because thats where my main interest lies. Well, I saved one Jammer case for HWs this time. It was time to let these cars breath some fresh air.

I don't know what specifically DLM is an acronym for
Diecast Liberation Movement. ;) And this is a very good example of one! I love that black El Camino- HWC exclusive?

And remember- a freed car is a happy car!

Ah...what can I say?

DLMing can be fun, no doubt.

However, there is a wealth of history attached to every package...perhaps not meaningful at the moment of release, but since we all know the fortunes and tides of business are fickle at best, that information may come in handy in the future.

That is, if you really give a hoot about the behind the scenes stuff with these little gems. Otherwise, they are just pretty piece of painted metal and plastic, no?

I collect cars, not cardboard. Cardboard just takes up space that's better filled by more little cars. :D

Sigh.
I'm a lost cause on this subject, bud. ;)

But if I ever need packaging for some reason, you will be the first person I ask. And you have every right to rub it in at that time. :)
