What ever happen with these. When these hit the shevles you had a hard time finding. So who has all of them.

I saw a lot of Zamac versions of the Lost Toppers clearanced at Gordman's a few years back. They never sparked my interest, but they did have real rider tires.

Support your local demo derby.

These were either released before I got into JL or I never saw them.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
I have a few of them- some for the collection and some for racing on the Rocket 500 track.

The Camaro and the Charger were the only two from that series that sparked my interest...he says mindful of how he defends the Topper repops. The others never were released as Toppers, as far as I know they were designs exercises that never made it to production...so I passed. My first WL find in the wild was the Charger from this series. BTW, the Charger and Camaro are both issued previously as the set cars for the PM version Rocket 500 and 1000 track sets. The Camaro was also issued in the Cat in the Hat series, and the WL from that series tends to do quite well. The Charger has been officially retired, but the Camaro last I heard was still an active tooling that may one day see production again.

The Mad Documenter!
I am pretty sure the only one of these I got was the Beep Heap, a custom Jeep.

The engine broke but I have since super-glued it back in.

Station Wagon

Unless I'm mistaken, it seems JL didn't include the Mustang or the Continental
in the "Lost Topper series" those cars were never produced either.

Yet there included in the commemorative series?

Touche, you got me there! At least those two are "Detroits," although arguably the Beep Heap could be a Toledo.

I have the Beep Heap in a different colour but can't remember which one.
I haven't had that casting out for a long time.
This thread is like a trip down memory lane.
Definitely interesting.
