The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

This may be the hardest vote of the year for me. I love Monacos and Citations both, and JL did a fantastic job with both castings. The Aspen was in contention too, but I eliminated it because I know what could have been (there was a possibility of getting a regular Aspen coupe too...without the fender flares and slatted quarter windows). In the end though, there can be only one and the Monaco gets my nod. Not a lot of new castings from JL this year but what they did put out was quite good. |

The Monaco is really cool and I'm happy to have several copies of the casting. The Ford won me over in the end. The opening hood, opening tailgate and correct rims are too cool to say no too. It's been issued at least 5 times thus far and it's one casting I'll collect for years to come. |

It was a toss up between the Ford truck and the Dodge Aspen but I voted for the Aspen. |

This was a difficult choice for me too...the Ford is a very impressive casting as I imagine the Citation is too. However I went with the Ford since it's in my hand and the Citation has yet to show up here at the retail level. |

I digged the Monaco, got each version and even scored a WL Taxi.My favorite one is the CHP version from R13.Second choice would have to be the Pickup, they really did a great job on that one!! |

Every time I check this thread a different car is winning! First I looked it was the Monaco. Then it was the Citation. Now it's the Lightning. If the Aspen wasn't so far behind I'd be expecting it to pull ahead the next time I peek in.

Okay, I see the Aspen has moved into a tie for second. If it pulls off an upset victory like this I will be stunned! |

With 26 total votes spread out over four good choices, the Lightning takes the W with 9 votes and moves onto the finals. |
