Support your local demo derby.

This is one of my favorite issues from the 64 line in rel 19. Wm has one hanging but I'm balking at the $3.47 price point. In all honestly, I've skipped a bunch of JLs in the last few months after the hike. |

Why didn't they put the lights on a light bar? Just doesn't look right. |

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

I love it! And a quick Google search indicates: http://amateurdebeauxchars.forumactif.com/t1485p15-vielles-photos-de-voitures-de-police-et-ambulance-au-quebec Check out the link- not only is the Monaco shown here among them, but also some other really nice squad cars too! Which means this lightbar would have been much more accurate: ![]() Picture courtesy Wyatt & JLCollector. My guess is either this lightbar would not fit on the newer Monaco casting or the tooling for the lightbar is either no longer available or not cost-effective to use. |

I feel and done the same thing. I left quite a few cars hanging on the pegs that I would have not done before the price jump. |

I have too. I guess the price hike was good in a way because I have started my decline now in collecting and that even justifieds it more. |

It is unfortunate they could have not used the better dual light bar for the bubble lights - wonder if it had been a 2.0 release if that might have happened? Still, I did get it - especially since it was done for a Canadian police department and there just aren't a whole lot of Canadian related emergency vehicles out there. Racing Champions did a '55 Chevy Toronto police car but it would be great to see a more current one - likewise I would love to see someone do an RCMP cruiser. Even with the price increase I will still get the various emergency models that JL is releasing - in release 20 there are four emergency related models - a '50 Chevy Army Ambulance, another VW Ambulance in foreign livery, and two Beat the Heat cars - one a '55 Chevy. |
