As i was rummaging thru the toy boxes, i came across my VW buses and wondered why i had 2 in the same box. i usually do this if there's a variation, so upon closer inspection i discovered one has the regular rubber tires, but the other has plastic tires. Any JL historians out there that can shed some light on this? Was it just this VW van that had the plastic wheels or was it the whole series? thx for your help in advance. p.s. i'm posting same question over on HT. Edited by harry, Jan 30 2012, 02:52 PM.

My first guess would be it was an error. Think all of the Holiday rides, or at least the majority, had rubber tires. I don't recall any having a 50-50 wheel run. If JL Collector was up, we'd find an answer pretty quickly. I miss it already. |
