Funny no one has said a thing about the flames that are missing. Yes I tried to correct something that I didn't like and I was a victim of circumstances so I had to make her naked but it doesn't look all that bad. Here's the other which I will take some pictures later on a different day.

Maybe when the prices drop I'll buy the other again.

I was about to say, isn't this one of the new releases?

I like it without the flames, and overall it looks really good.

Now it's just a matter of if I'll ever find one up here in Canada.

I hit a Wal-mart on the way home tonight, glad I did, 'cause they'd restocked the M2 boxed diecast some, with the flamed vehicles. And wow,did they have Studebaker tow trucks! About 5 each, and digging down, I found the coveted Chase version, so I wound up buying all 3 versions, a red and blue one, and the blue Chase. Overall, a good diecast stop there! :woot:

I think this one looks good with flames and without. It's really hard to come up with a bad color scheme on this casting.

P.S. there is no committee...at least that I am aware of...who will take away your colored vehicles for deflating them. Thought you might like to know in case you were getting nervous :P

Congrats on your chase. The same day this week I ordered those from Milezone I found 2 boxes of them at Walmart but no chase.

Define in the nutty.
He means it would be at its absolute best if you picked up a jar of dry roasted peanuts and a tube of crazy glue, then proceed to glue aformentioned nuts onto the casting. That would then make this tow truck an official BWP...Blue With Peanuts  :bowing:  :woot:
