The cabbie looks like his tire is not technically touching or in the handicapped zone, so no violation is scored!! But is the vehicle "breaking the plane" of the corner?? :lol: :lol:

Oh yeah, if you want to talk violations, blocking any part of access to the handicap stall is the same as parking in it.

Why is it illegal to use the handicap parking without a permit, but there's no regulation on the handicap restroom? I guess it is probably a time issue....the bathroom stall should be clear in no more than a few minutes, but the parking stall could take hours to clear out.

A handicap sign on a restroom just indicates that the restroom is handicap accessable, not handicap only.
