While at the Greenberg model train show today, I ran across a vendor with 2 dump bins of diecast and slot car stuff. I went thoroughly through the bins, and came away with some neat stuff, 50 cents each. One of the items is this cast metal garage,I'd never heard or seen them before. Man,I wish MB would re-issue THESE again! THey are perfect for HO scale cars. Here's some pictures with a Fresh Cherries HO Gremlin, and a 1/64 van,not sure of the maker ( today's buy ). If anyone runs across these, let me know, I'd like more of them.

Hey Jerry!

Those garages are out there, but rest assured...you got one heckuva deal at 50 cents, and I would guess you won't find another at that price. I don't know a lot about them, I'm pretty sure they're from the 60s, which is why it fits the smaller cars so well.

Looks good! And a great find at .50 cents. These originally had a red roof with green barn-type doors. I have one minus the doors.

Your garage is incomplete. It came outi n 1957 and was available just a few short years. It is # A-3. If it is complete, included in the box was a metal clip that would alow you to clip garages together to make a whole row of garges.
Here is mine.

Here is the garage alone with the Home Stores that Matchbox made in the late 1950's. It is to bad they didn't continue to do buildings such as these.
