My stepdad used to build models competively. A friend of his built this one over ten years ago for a contest. He gave it to me after the contest because it had sat under a skylight at the contest (no one realized it at the time) and the sun warpped the hood which was displayed off the car.

Yes, it needs some major repair, but it is an older build.

i have that same kit as well, yet to build it though, he did a good job on that.

i once bought a kit, went grocery shopping, and then some other things last summer and i had the entire kit warp from the heat in the trunk of my car! warm water fixed most of it but....still sitting on my shelf not started cause i know it wont come out right
