I see a red 33-34 that is new. Did you do something with the wheels on that one? I don't recall red rims on that issue.

Nice passel of deuces too.

I saw a 1:1 31 Coupe Saturday, I'm guessing a show somewhere around but I don't know where.

Oh yes, the wonderful days of youth. Great looking display Daniel. I recall when I was in elementary school some of the high school guys had duces and one had a '32 Plymouth couple. They enjoying showing them off to us little guys planting seeds of desire in our hearts for our first set of wheels. :)

What a great story man. I remember too in 67 my dad went off to war and I didn't know why but a year later Momma woke me up and said hey were going to pick your Daddy up today. I was so happy and I didn't even know he came from Vietnam.

For me, it was an uncle in Vietnam. I remember his brief visits when he was allowed to come home, and how he taught me to march with a toy rifle on one if those visits. And I remember my grandmother being sad when those visits ended. I also remember the red, white, and blue trimmed airmail letters she received from him.

Thanks Swifty I kind of like it too. I don't know if I would drive her but it reminds me of a peaceful time when car colors were so colorful and it was very cool time in history, the 50s.'

Those pics reflect the days of my youth for sure. I just rendezvoused with an old Air Force friend that I served with. We kept in touch over the years via email mostly. The last time I saw him, 44 years ago, was when I was leaving for Bien Hoa AB in South Vietnam to play with jets and bombs. We definitely look like old vets.
