As I said, I went to Wal-Mart today and scored the Hot Wheels Boulevard Vector W8. I went to the Johnny Lightnings and scored this, which made today a sweet victory for me.

Again, not my photo, but still. I have to admit, the tampo on the roof doesn't bother me at all. What does everyone think? ^_^ :D

Very nice purchase!

I always like Wal-marts because I always get lots of Matchbox, Hotwheels, and Jada's Hero Patrol!

Support your local demo derby.

Buy what you like and like what you buy. It's a motto that never goes out of style in this hobby. ;) If you enjoy your purchase, then that's all that really matters . . . not what others might think. The extra engine detail is really cool.

I know. I just was wondering if anyone else liked it as much as I do.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
I like the engine detail and the color scheme. Roof tampo bothers me but I can understand why it's there- this is obviously a drag car and with no hood, the logo needs to be seen in the grandstands so that leaves the roof as the only logical place to put it. But I'd rather see it on the rear quarter panels.

I thought I would update this thread. I got a Johnny Lightning car today. This was a gift from the neighbor that owns the 1972 'Cuda. It was mint, but I opened it because I am a part of the DLM. Posted Image
Isn't that awesome? I got this for free from my neighbor.
