I've been back from a months holiday for just over a week now and have got stuck into a few projects.
The motivation was to try and thin out the overwhelming collection of hundreds of parts and project cars that have begun to take over here and given me cause to wonder when did my collection become a hoard of cars I would mostly never display.
Anyway, I cleaned out a bunch that held no purpose or interest (extras that came in bulk lots that contained cars I wanted) and got to with a few projects that I knew would also reduce the clutter.

So from left to right these cars are:

71/72 Olds Toronado
72 Ford LTD convertible
73 Chevy C10 Pickup
75 Holden Kingswood sedan
78 Ford LTD wagon

All but the 72 LTD were started in the last week.
I hope you enjoy. G

Oh Yes, the humble but venerable HJ just screams out to me. Sweeeet.

Oh yeah, the rest are ok too. Lol.
Seriously Greg, a nice selection of builds. Can't wait to see them done.

I can´t wait to see the finished cars,

gregac, youre so awesome doing this

Support your local demo derby.

Is the front clip on the Ford wagon the Motormax '78 T-Bird? Your creativity never ceases to impress me. You're single handily building an entire field's worth of old iron derby cars.

Close. It's from a Hotwheels Sizzlers T-Bird. It means I need to create a grille but I'm happier cutting this flea market junker up rather than the Motormax version.

Thanks for the comments fellas

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

Now these are the kinds of cars I want to be able to buy on the pegs! Look at the variety and they're all ordinary cars that sold in the tens if not hundreds of thousands. Great work as always. The Ford wagon and Toronado are jumping out at me.

I stomped a Motormax American Graffiti T-bird and attacked it with pliers for my junkyard, I found it at Goodwill with glass damage a couple years ago and only recently found it again. :P

Nice projects, the Toronado is going to be my favorite out of them all...
