Looks like it's from the 1920s or 1930s and patterned after the brass-era Fiat Mephistopheles record car. Do not forget that Wes is only 16 years older than me.

Thanks guys! I didn't know anything about it when I bid, and I still don't know much. Paper label on the bottom states 1998, CBK LLP, Union City TN, made in China. I figured it was a modern decorative issue, likely patterned (in spirit or by copy) from something from the'20s. It just has such a "seat-of-the-pants" balls to the walls, boys! air about it...I love it! |
