HW bedtime crooze, dropped in blown engine from mid mill casting fender flares from lo flow casting.

I done this years ago using a buffer wheel on a bench grinder. Yours look great!

I did this once with a casting I brought to work to make some touch ups on. Long, boring shift lead to nicely polished whatever it was... until the primer was sprayed on. B)
