Not sure if this is the correct forum to post this, so feel free to move it if necessary.

If you have a JO-ANNS CRAFT STORE near you, and you need some of these Jammer Cases, known as CREATIVE OPTIONS THREAD ORGANIZERS at Joanns, now is the time to grab a few.

The store is currently offering all plastic storage cases at 50% off. They are regularly $14.99, down to $7.50. Now if you spend more than $25.00, there is a coupon that takes off an additional $5.00. I just picked up 4 cases for about $6.50 each. The coupon expires tomorrow, Monday.

Here is a link to the coupon. Print it out, or just pull it up on your phone, and they will scan the coupon right there.

You can also order them online from Walmart at $9.00 a piece. No shipping, if you pick them up using their store as a delivery destination.

Can you tell me the Plano manufacturing model number for those cases? It should be id'd on the case somewhere.

Thanks for that kindly tip and the coupon, I went Monday after work and bought 3 of the Jammers/Thread cases, also picked up a Mini Thread Cone organizer, I'd bought one similar before, but the plexiglass shafts were too close to fit my HO trains in between, I thought these were spaced further apart since it was for a larger cone spool. Turns out I was right, my HO passenger cars and big engines fit down between the pegs, I can line the case with foam, and I should have a nice transparent transport case for my fine-scale HO trains now. Was looking for something, as the Flambeau cases , the deep ones I liked, had been discontinued by Wal-mart. The thinner ones won't close when I put HO scale train cars in them. :( But at least this spool organizer will fit , hold the trains in place, and be easily visible. Can't complain on any count here.
