For the next year, HWs is replacing the Hot Ones line with Flying Customs. T-Hunted shows pics from the first release. http://t-hunted.blogspot.com.br/search/label/Flying%20Customs |

If the first release is representative of the full line, this is a dud line. Yawn! |

Is the The Hot Ones Part Deux? I kinda like the Monza. I wouldn't mind the Vega if it wasn't pro-stock. |

I sure wish they'd repro the old (India maybe?) Chevrolet Monza 2+2 casting, and give us a Cosworth Vega based on the pro-stock Vega casting. |

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

I may be alone but I really like what I'm seeing here. Especially this one: ![]() First of all, the Thunderburner is back! Secondly, I love "Stroker Ace" and have wanted the Fastest Chicken In The South stocker for ages! |

The Mad Documenter!
|
That'll be the first time the Stroker Ace car is available in scale. I'll have to get that one! Also the first time the tooling has been done up as a semi-real race car since it's introduction, when it was done as Buddy Baker's #21. |

If the Trans-Am is a accurate casting I'll pick it up. I've always got room for more pony cars. |

Something else I noticed- the Sheriff Patrol is back! ![]() I'm hoping that like many of the other redone castings, it's more accurate than the original. I'd love to see this as a licensed Dodge Monaco this time around! |

I'm fond of the colour, I just wish they'd have left the wheelie bars and oversized scoop off. And also, I wished they'd have used the old Monza 2+2 casting, instead of the IMSA Monza |

Why does the Bandit Trans Am not look right to me? The A-Team van, KITT, Ecto-1 all look like an accurate, scaled down version of the real deal... But that Trans Am still looks like it's not done baking yet? |

I'm guessing it's the old Hot Bird casting and not a newer accurate version of the 2nd gen Firebird. |

It looks different than the Hot Bird. The hood looks like it slopes too low? I haven't seem this one in person yet. I can't wait to find these Retro Emtertainment cars!! |

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
|
No, the Hot Bird is the more accurate of the two. The other was from a series of distorted cars about five years back (same series that had the '70 Torino and '92 Mustang but I'm blanking on it). It's more Jada style than realistic Trans Am and that's the problem. If they use the Hot Bird it will be much better! Also, the Turbo Mustang is returning? Yay! About time! Fairmont, '79 Mustang, '82 Supra.... it's like Hot Wheels is making this line just for me.
