The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
I love this one! Someone at Hot Wheels really loved AMC in the '70s. Three Gremlins, a Pacer, the AMX, AMX/2, etc. all made it into the line while Chrysler got barely any attention at all (and what did get made were all funny cars- Snake, Mongoose, and the '77 Arrow). Between the late '60s police cruiser and the trio of early '80s MoPars (024 Omni, Mirada Stocker, D50) I can't think of a single Chrysler aside from the three mentioned floppers.

There is a redline Charger, not sure if 68 or 69...very sought after model. If you're gonna count funnys, then you gotta count the Bye-Focal / Show Off and the Dixie Challenger. Also the Rescue truck was a Dodge...so MoPars are well represented too. Ooops, forgot the Barracuda / King Cuda.

Speaking of the Bye-Focal, I used that engine to replace the missing one in the Gremlin Grinder here. The engine from the B-F looks like an X, ie Gremlin X ? I posted this previously I think awhile back. It really looks good to me. Anyway, can't wait for the Gremlin Grinder re-release in the Boulevard series, I've kept looking, but still no G-G yet on the pegs. Maybe just before Xmas, or soon after? PUL-EASSSSE, Mattel, get it OUT there!
