I got the Mercury Cougar (same color) thinking that it was this one. Went home, DLM'ed it, and then realized that it was the wrong one. :duh: The cougar is an ok one, but not as good as this.

I picked up the Cyclone last night (and a Bimmer 2002 in green), and what I noticed is that it seems a little stubby compared to the real car. It should be more like the recent blue K&N Torino, they were essentially the same car. Maybe its the color, I didn't compare, but the Cyclone seems shorter than the Torino, which makes it look stubby.

And I like the Cougar, if its the '67 I'm thinking of...but the orange with black roof came out a couple years ago, strange it would be in a current mix unless it was a return...

Hot Wheels has two model year Cougars from the peak of the muscle car craze. I think the one that Stampede found is the '69 Eliminator version which does look a bit cartoonish.

The other one is a bit older . . . it's the '68.
