They were all printouts of photos most of you have seen and I gave two out with every media case & gave the rest to event organizers as courtesy for having me there since I knew I had to leave early. Had to leave early since it got hectic. Sold all 3 media cases (work for laptops, netbooks or tablets), 2 CD cases and the one smartphone case I made, to 3 different folks, all of this was Goodwill finds cleaned up with different iron-ons and patches. Overstimulated & pretty beaten-down from the hectic-ness, but doing ok.

Going through a rough period in my life now, but Adriana (her pic is in my sig again) and I are reconciling since she called it a huge mistake to leave me for someone she didn't really like in the end and she missed me like crazy. And I was in need of someone to be a shoulder to lean on and to appreciate me. Right in time for what would have been our first anniversary.

Good news is that she has a decent car now and has moved into the guest house of a neighbor of hers for $250 a month rent plus shared garbage, utilities and cable, instead of living with her dad, stepmom and grandpa.

Congrats Chris. I'm glad things are looking up.

I won my case on December 20th. Now it's just a matter of dealing with the aftermath it's caused me.

Thanks FXE. BTW I removed the logo on her shirt from the pic of Adriana since some may not like it.

So some good news... I am trying to quit soda other than all-natural and organic brands like Boylan's, Reed's, Hansen's, Arizona SodaShaq, Izze, Virgil's and China Cola (can't kick it altogether, but this is a better way), quitting energy drinks over yerba mate ($1.99 a can at the store near me), trying to go off alcohol and use my prescriptions only as needed instead of as a crutch, I'm getting closer to being able to get my license back, get a car, get my finances and Social Security self-payee status back, get out of this program, leave Oregon forever, stay off disability services and live in peace with Adriana.

I hope her family shows me the warmth, love, acceptance and care that my own never showed me and accepts me as one of their own.

Otherwise I am very anxious and paranoid and hoping I can break free after I get my license, give up my Social Security benefits (since I would still have a representative payee), hook up with Adriana, go to Goodwill Industries for job assistance and get a low-end job, we would have a nice life but not the life of wealth, fame and many children my family wants me to have (I'm not having kids, period)

Better news is that 5 pieces of my art will be juried in February and art shows all spring & summer, I'll appear at any shows my work is exhibited at. I hope my work is in the gala opening on Valentine's Day, and if so, the only thing to make it better would be if Adriana could be there with me.

Found out my grandmother passed away yesterday. It's nice to have a few days off work as a result but they would have been more useful last week while she was alive. That's life though.

So I sold 8 notecard prints in an art show with many more sales possible, did a (family-friendly) vintage fashion/vintage car & truck photo shoot with a friend in early February, was on the rocks for a while because of an argument with Adriana followed by her and I losing contact temporarily over an illness in the family (her grandpa has severe complications of diabetes and is in hospital, she has stayed by his side as much as possible), but things are fine between her & I now, and I now have a job of sorts, with Occupy Eugene, setting up, taking down & other things associated with their free medical clinic.

Well, time for an update... mental state has not been great, but not as bad as before, I have been working as-needed at my diecast vendor, making time for diecast in my life despite getting yelled at over "wasting money" on it, have been trying to get real-world work in the theatrical productions business, making preparations to quit my program and move to be closer to my girlfriend & not contact anyone in the Eugene area except my diecast vendor and a few trusted people, so I can move on from my past, have been having some pretty significant family troubles, including a shouting match with my mom over working in "that (expletive deleted) toy store" for a work exchange of diecast and card protectors instead of cash, have gotten some of my old decorations from my old place up, miss my old place (the one I lived in last year at this time) terribly and wish I hadn't gotten forced in here, the Chevy van I wanted to buy is getting scrapped, and a great-uncle whom I loved passed on at the age of 88 a couple days ago. I am trying to get "Big Jim's" early 70s ('73 Super Van E250, I think) green Ford van, renew the tabs and keep it here to practice driving in, along with getting some other things of his that I wanted and he knew I did, but will have to wait for probate to run its course.

Sorry for rambling, but there's a lot going, I'm waging war against my own mind and thoughts to make it through each day (if I seek help, I'll just get thrown back into the same group home I was severely abused in and was forced to add staff and management on FB & submit to being profiled via interviews, spyware and keyloggers at, on the bases of "they know me" and "rent is cheap" and will have to give up almost everything)

My son graduates from the Citadel ROTC School tomorrow. I have been sitting on pins and needles and tomorrow it will be done. I'm proud of Jacob. They called him Little J and Little Man. My son is a little guy but he has a lot of spirit. He also graduated from High School for both Semesters on the AB honor roll. So he gets a oak cluster on one of his ribbons for that feat.

Since I remembered this thread... telling again about my chronic lithium toxicity, my condition is improving and I can probably get back to driving practice and actively looking for GM Colonnades & G-bodies, Dodge A100 vans, first-gen Toyota Cressidas and 70s & 80s Chevy/GMC custom vans again, within a couple weeks. Still not doing *great*, but better.

And sadly, just learned my friend Teresa died in a jaywalking accident in March, she had requested no funeral and obit as I have in my advance directives, she worked at the neighborhood stop-n-rob, and loved my photography, the owner of the stop-n-rob didn't have the heart to ask me until I asked if anyone heard from her. I'm pretty much crushed. :(

Updating to say I'm basically back to normal health-wise, but not great psychologically (seeing another doctor to try to help that along on September 5), still working as-needed for my diecast dealer, made almost $60 from selling art, am going to sell more pictures on September 5, the first Friday of October, and if that goes well, June to October of next year.

Things with my girlfriend are still going along fabulously, there is a slim chance that she might come up here for a while between Winter Solstice and New Year's Day, staying with me of course, tho my family may not approve of her even after meeting her in person.

I am doing a new photo shoot today (Friday the 29th) with a friend of mine from the art guild and social groups, she is one I've done some shoots with in the past, this time it'll be with 2, maybe 3 abandoned houses, including going inside at least one, pics are not going to be explicit...

And most importantly, there is a good chance that I will be taking over as director of my art guild once the current director (also founder) steps down in March 2015, which would likely result in disbanding and many artists including me losing representation, exposure and marketing, if I hadn't volunteered. Things are gonna be in the works for a while regarding me taking that position. The Occupy Eugene thing failed because I got in an altercation with a homeless person (who started it and was not compliant with my direction to talk to other staff who knew more) and it was said that I attracted too much trouble. I still support their organization & mission, still donate, still talk with some of the people, just can't work for or with them anymore.
