'64 Nova Wagon

Support your local demo derby.

Local WM finally restocked this week. With that I scored the new Nova wagon. Has front and rear rivets which is not common for wagons. It's got the typical lowered HW stance but at least the fenders and wheel wells look close to stock.

Nice find. The local Wally World still has A case junk hanging.

Nice find. I've pretty much stopped looking and collecting HWs. Looks better than I thought it would though.

Glad HWs has kept up the information on the back of the card.

I, too, have not looked much at Hot Wheels of late but will have to keep an eye out of this one. Neat to see the '64 Nova wagon in diecast.

I am excited about this wagon. It looks great, for Hot Wheels. I've yet to see one in a store, but have seen them on ebay for weeks now, usually with starting bids up in the $18-$24 range. Uh, no thanks; I don't need to be the first kid on the block with this toy. I can wait until one finds me 'naturally.'

Your pictures are great, Sir Crafty. Thanks for showing us more angles of this one.

Congrats on your score. I'm hoping to get one at Kday. I remember riding in a Nova wagon as a kid.

 Great Score Zach,

I seen that too and thought :duh: one from Kansas was selling them at 6.99 plus 3.something shipping and had over 50 sold??? Can't blame a guy for making a living, just have to wonder at the 50 + who paid 10.00 for 1.00 car, oh well

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
This is easily my most anticipated new Hot Wheels model of the year! Totally unexpected and they did it well!

Great score Zach! Just came back from Walmart. I had to go get some TP for the bathroom and me and Jacob went out for a midnight run. It appears that they may had that case come in but 99.9 cars from that case were already gone. I did pick up the Cadillac and some retro entertainment cars. Hopefully I will see them at the club this coming Saturday. That is one sweet casting from HWs and you are right that the wheel wells look close to stock.

I picked up 2 on Saturday after realizing I missed Kday. There were tons of them at the two stores I went to. The VW shorty continues to evade me though. Them eBay guys jump on the models they know everyone wants til they make their way to the pegs. The 55 Gasser seems to have went missing after being all over the place here in Philly. If I come across more of the nova I'll grab them and offer them up for the price I pay and shipping. Remember shipping includes packaging and I'm not trying to make anything on anyone. I have to find them first.
