I like it, but the MBX logo on the left rear ruins it to me.

Nice model! But I really don't want to spend the money for a 5 pack ($8 in my area) for it. I'll get it when it goes on sale, along with the airport 5 pack.

The 5-pk had a couple others I liked also, so it was worth it for me, of course then they're only about $5 in my area, but it was this model that I really wanted.

That's why I'm putting off this one and the 5-pack with the fire Jeep, as well as ten packs that contain models that I cannot find as single. Why would I pay for models I neither need nor want.

The fire Jeep has been released as a single.

It looks at home there in the dirt. Cool picture.

As for any multi pack stragglers that don't appeal to me - that's what Christmas and Halloween are for! Trick or Treators get a goodie bag with candy and a fantasy or duplicate HW or MB car that have come from multi packs.

:toy: My granddaughters also like to go through those extra or unwanted cars and add to their car suitcase. :) I also donated those goodies to our community Santa Night and other groups and keep a few to give to kids when I see them in the hospital.

My wife does outreach for our church and the place she helps is a woman's shelter. They always have children with them that have nothing but what they can carry. So we donate all my extra models to them and they are very grateful to have them. It allows them to give something small to the child that they can call their own. And since the facility is small it makes the perfect gift. I package each model in a clear zip lock bag so the child can place it back in there if they wish and keep it in good condition.

Just remove it Man and make it like the way you want unless you think it ruins the value if that is why you collect that isn't any fun. I too want this piece but I can't pull the trigger on buying the whole set. Though I have spent more money on things that didn't look this good in quality.

I am not really that skilled in removing decorations from models, and when I do either damages the model (I've stripped the chrome on 2012's Surf Doc Cadillac Ambulance) or doesn't work. If I learn how, I will probably do that to the Humvee (removing all of the tampos) in the pack too, as most of the Humvees at the local National Guard armory look this way, plus the metallic green one I already have looks weird.
