FWIW, the pink "Thunderbirds are Go!" car is from the old Thunderbirds TV show, that would be Lady Penelope's chauffeured limo named FAB1...and it is usually considered to be a highly modified (think James Bond here) Rolls-Royce.

Beats me. I know I watched it every weekday for years, in syndication, growing up. I've got a bit of a soft spot for the old Thunderbird team...which incidentally has no bearing at all on my like for two seater Tbirds.

Here's an image borrowed from Wiki, for a feature movie based on the series using the same marionettes and flying machines.

Here's a link to Wiki:

I could probably write at length on the Thunderbirds, but I don't want to highjack your thread.

Hi Jack!

Been a long while to visit this one. The reminder about it got me thinking.
I have a couple copies of this one, just never pictured it before now.

Ok, let's see if this works, or if Discogs gets cranky for hotlinking. Stuff in my collection with vehicles that hasn't been mentioned yet, minus a few questionable ones.

No idea what's on this µ-Ziq cover.

WOW Hobie......you have neat stuff.

I believe the car on the cover single for The Future Sound of London is a Morris Minor.

I see some years of the Minor have that little split rear window like the cover. Seems likely. :)

I own a lot of music, but considering it is a lot more electronic and a lot less rock in general, I was surprised how much vehicle related stuff there was once I was looking and really thinking about all of it at the same time

How can we have a car album art thread without The Ventures In Space? I bought a beat copy of this LP just to put the cover on my wall.

Every one of these is from my LP collection. I have the back cover of the Buddy Rich album here because it's just as awesome as the front.

It's funny you mention that, because this was my first Buddy Rich LP, and I bought it solely based off the cover.
