Best $55 I Ever Spent!

Seeing as I don't know how to drive, or even have a car, I cannot drive 55.....but I sure can spend it! This lot was about 15 pounds of cars, and was a good mix of everything.

When I first seen this lot, this is all I had to go on. Not much to gamble with.

This is what it looked like when I got it....

I had the bag upside down when I took it from the box. Now, guess what the heck I saw right off the bat when I flipped it over?

Don't see it yet??? Let's bring the camera in closer...

BOOM! How do you like that? An amazingly awesome, one-in-a-million score!

For those that don't know, this came only with the "Big Rigger Stunt Set" playset. Which is worth around $100+ mint, and $70 to $90 without box. The truck cab alone is worth $40+.

Now, here's the pics of everything all spread out.

Very early Summer with the "domino" wheels.

Various other brands, there was one Sohbi in here, along with some Johnny Lightnings.

This car didn't make it, but it will be added into my collection regardless.

Some copycats. Might be same manufacturer, might not. How in the heck "Trans Am" translates to "Lion's An" is beyond me, but I chucked at that mistake.

Great lot of cars. But, quite frankly, it ticks me off that someone thinks these are worthwhile enough to sell for cold hard cash ($55 worth, incidentally), but they aren't worth taking the time to protect from damage. This shipping method disgusts me.

Lots of fun stuff in there.

The green 70 Camaro with greenish yellow stripes was a favorite of mine when I was young.

The HWs Semis are nice surprises too.

Well, I was the only one crazy enough to buy it. Glad I did too. I get these large lots as cheap as possible, so I don't really expect complete perfection. If I paid big money, then I would yeah. I had one person wrap each car in paper towel, and there was like 100 cars. lol It took me all day to unwrap them. xD

Believe it or not, I bought a PS3 before, no bubble wrap or anything, and it still worked and nothing broken.

PS: Thanks for the ID help, Dean!

It is a great looking lot with a variety of nice models. Even with a lot that size I would have wrapped each model...but that is me.

I would've at least wrapped each in a paper towel and added layers of plastic shopping bags to keep them seperated, but what the hey, you got some pretty darn interesting pieces in that lot that offset the damage and lousy packing.
