Part 1 (posted March 09, 2014 8:43 PM):

My local supermarket had a couple of aisle shelves pulled ajar and out of place, because one of the frozen food freezers was leaking. I spotted something familiar in the spot behind the shelves. It's a '70 Ford Torino from the 2012 HW Racing series, which I believe came out in the fall of 2011. The card is bent, torn, mottled with unknown substances, and scraped-up. It's been there quite awhile! Amazing what spring cleaning can reveal!

Part 2 (posted March 21, 2014 9:02 PM):

I picked this up from the "clearance corner" today at Kroger. I was there on March 9th, and they had a milk crate overflowing with these Looney Tunes cars. But I couldn't get any. Well, go back there today, and find this on the top shelf, above head level. The last one! And it's the one I liked the most out of them all too! Yay! It was fate!

The Torino find is a neat story! I am still trying to find the Looney Toons Pepe LePew pink Ford. Stores in my area never have stocked that series.
