Not often you see the police coming after you in a Lincoln Continental. This one looks great as a black and white unit. As a side note, North Dakota and Minnesota both experimented using Lincoln's as highway patrol cars a number of years ago.

The blown Edsel police car was from the Route 66 series of models sold in K-Mart a number of years ago using mostly Racing Champions castings. Why they chose to use the blown version of the Edsel rather than the stock police car is beyond me - the car is marked for New Mexico State Police. |

I like this one, but I don't see the point of using a low rider as a cop car, unless it's a show vehicle. I wonder why no actual emergency vehicle castings were used (other than the modified Mustang and Dodge Charger Drift) in the Main Street series such as Emergency Squad and Fire Eater. |
