Not often you see the police coming after you in a Lincoln Continental. This one looks great as a black and white unit. As a side note, North Dakota and Minnesota both experimented using Lincoln's as highway patrol cars a number of years ago.

John, what's the story of the blown Edsel police car in your signature?

The blown Edsel police car was from the Route 66 series of models sold in K-Mart a number of years ago using mostly Racing Champions castings. Why they chose to use the blown version of the Edsel rather than the stock police car is beyond me - the car is marked for New Mexico State Police.

I like this one, but I don't see the point of using a low rider as a cop car, unless it's a show vehicle.

I wonder why no actual emergency vehicle castings were used (other than the modified Mustang and Dodge Charger Drift) in the Main Street series such as Emergency Squad and Fire Eater.
