Does anyone know the true scale of the Hero Patrol line? It's shown as 1/64, but they are too large to be that scale.

Most of them are closer to 1/55th - same scale as most Siku models.

They vary in scale, to fit the packaging. The Impala, which in real life, has the smallest dimensions of the vehicles included in the Hero Patrol line, is the same length as the Tahoe and Crown Vic, making it the largest scaled vehicle.
The 1956 Chevy is the only one close to 1/64.

I've looked at these before, but thought they were a bit big compared to the 3" I usually like to collect.

Although the Hero Patrol line is a little bigger than most of my collection, I still bought quite a few of them. The price isn't bad, and I really like the opening features.

The only Hero Patrol model that interests me now is the new 2013 Ford Police Interceptor.

Thanks guys! I'm looking at the Texas DPS Tahoe. I have a couple of other Jada vehicles from the 1BaddRide series that I think are about the same scale. I could put those two together in a little diorama display scene.

1 Bad Ride is a separate brand from Jada, but yes, the two brands both have similarly scaled vehicles.

I took some comparison some pictures of these Jada cars with some other known brands, which I originally took back when the first wave had just come out.
My pictures are about halfway down the page. Hope they help you evaluate.

I compared the NYPD Charger with the Siku Toyota RAV-4 Emergency Doctor. They are the same size. I'd take a pic, but I lost my smartphone.
