Dodge Charger Daytona R/T

This 1/24 scale Dodge Charger Daytona R/T by Welly is a good looker to my eyes. Welly did a handsome job capturing the essence of this muscular Dodge model. Feature-wise, the front doors open as well as the hood. Underneath there's a HEMI engine. The interior is done up in a two-tone black and white motif, which is a change of pace from the norm. Wheels turn on straight metal axles.

My copy was quite defective, having no display box, missing both side mirrors, the steering wheel, and a rear wheel and tire! But for the price of seventy-nine cents, it was a complete steal. I fashioned a steering wheel from a round magnetic metal object, found two matching side mirrors in the plastic model parts bin, and located a spare wheel and tire.

Thanks for looking....

An interesting save. I have two of Welly's 1/18 '06 Charger Daytona models and they are nice, but it would be cool had hey made an RT available in 1/18 in addition to the Daytona.
