It is strange that it is a US model in a US deco, but not readily available in the US.

Why don't they just repeal CIPSIA? Let me guess, paranoid parents again?

See, for me I don't really need licensed emergency vehicle graphics when companies do the generic designs so simple yet nice looking like this.

From what I understand, the models with the US tampos were from Sikus attampt to market their line in the states at one point. These versions are more rare because there weren't all that many of them produced. I don't have any numbers. I do have a couple of American police variations...red and white color scheme.

This one surprised me - too I originally thought it was a generic and a part of their hope of entering the US market. One of my fellow emergency vehicle collectors pointed out to me that the fire chief car was for an actual department in Arkansas. It is one I don't have yet in my collection - seems to be one of the harder ones to track down.
