I got this a few months ago for like $5 bucks.. I had an uncle that ran a huge part of the company for several years, and thought it was kinda a cool score.

I used to have a number of the Tonkin trucks in my collection - my CF rig was one with double trailers. I also had a number of Canadian issues at one time. These are very well made models in 1/87th scale.

I used to have a number of the Tonkin trucks in my collection - my CF rig was one with double trailers. I also had a number of Canadian issues at one time. These are very well made models in 1/87th scale.
So far I have found pictures of it packaged in a box with two trailers, and on a blister card with 1 trailer.
I also noticed the single trailer version on the card is the same as the boxed set that came with two trailers.

That's a nice little truck. I have never heard about Tonkin.
It looks a bit like a Shinsei Mini Power truck. Is there any relation ?
