I regret never getting that Matchbox Model of Yesteryear fire engine. I even saw it in a store at time with a marked down price and still didn't pick it up.

Found the first one shown at a toy show in southern California in the early 90s...for a good price (for a "collectibles" toy show). Then found the "subscription" series version. Such great detail and precision....wish Matchbox could still do stuff like this, instead of the new large-scale heavy fantasy rigs for toddlers. But, you gotta make what you can make money on. |
