I fell mowing the lawn and broke my neck sat eve. Surgery tomorrow. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

OMG, Wes, so sorry to hear about this. Hopefully this is something they can fix relatively easily. All spinal injuries present their difficulties, as I can testify. Be well, heal fast, and keep as limber as possible afterward. The neck is very tricky on that score. It depends greatly on strengthening the tiny muscles as soon as you can and keeping them strong afterward. And don't let PT push you. Go at your own pace. The important thing is to be continuous, not speedy when rehabilitating.
