I found an interesting piece in a Toys R Us Express this evening. Never seen these in one of their main stores. This is apparently a Rastar Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4.![]() ![]() It's not horrible, but not anything to write home about either. ![]() ![]() The text on the base reads XINGHUI AUTO MODEL CO. LTD. ![]() Wait- are those screws on the bottom? Why yes, yes they are! ![]() Well, good to see it passed quality control before it was assembled!

Looks pretty good for what it is...although I think the price is a bit much for what it is. Looks on a par with Welly, Realtoy and better bottom end Maistos. Are there other models available? |

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!

For $.97 its not bad. For $1.97... Less so. |

The only other one at the store was an orange Gallardo. Apparently there's a Reventon as well. I won't be adding anymore of these at $2 each but I figured the one was ok just to get something a bit different. |

I've seen these from some sellers overseas but that's the first I've seen of anyone finding them here. I haven't seen any good pictures of the Reventon, I'm curious how it stacks up. |

Rastar also manufactures cheap (but officially licensed) R/C cars. I've seen them at stores in the TJ Maxx/Marshall's family. Haven't stumbled upon these yet, however... |

These were a lot better in the early editions which still had interiors, tampoed details and clear windows. |

My examples must be the earlier ones that Siniweb mentions as they have the clear glazing and interior detail. I got them from a discount store over here about 6 months ago. They cost 1 pound each (approx $1.50). It's VERY unusual for any Asian diecast to be cheaper in Europe than in the US!![]()

Interesting! Looks like the interior'd versions have better tampo detail as well. |

Yeah the interior versions look nicer. The packaging looks the same. |
