Exactly my thoughts as well. Maybe the original owner had it on a layout, then it ended up in a kid's hands. I had a bunch of Bachmann Plasticville cars that were that way. |

My guess too would be a model train layout. Back when I was still into model trains I customized a number of trucks, etc. to match my railroad of business firms in the town I created. I know there used to be a number of Swift packing plant refrigerator freight cars and seem to recall one company actually having a Swift packing plant building so guessing it might have been made for that purpose. |
