Part 2 of My Majo Finds Thread comes the 3rd generation of the Mazda MX-5 Miata. The version replicated is the smiley faced face-lifted 2008+ model.

Some of the amazing features of this model include photo-etched parts throughout (even on the steering wheel) and fully decorated dash and centre console. They've even managed to replicate the very fine antenna and it's delicate nature needs to be seen to be fully appreciated.

About the only flaw I can come up with is the thick A pillar, probably so that it doesn't become overly fragile. Otherwise this is a fantastic model and given the insane amount of details present, will be looking forward to some of their future releases, including the R35 GT-R due to be released shortly. I should also add that this model also looks like it comes from the same factory that produces Kyosho Original models.

Great photos and review. This really is a great little model. The detailing is fantastic.
I picked it up in blue, and also got the 25th Anniversary Edition.

I was lucky enough to snag the red a few days ago...the delicate antenna was a detail I didn't notice until I was about to take it off of the base.

Yes the badges including the one on the steering wheel are photoetched parts.
