There are two color variants for this model that are unique to the Burn Out Alley track set.

This model went into the Matchbox line under Universal.

The Mustang II is a Mustang too!
Edited the topic to reflect 1982. This is either a 1979 Pace Car or a 1982 GT. Considering the Fast 111's came out circa 1983 I'm leaning towards 1982, personally.

Also of note, this is one of the four Fast 111's that ended up in the Matchbox line, where it was retooled to have a blown motor sticking out of the hood and a massive rake with fat rear tires. It lived on in the Matchbox line up until the Mattel takeover.
