I loved these Diecast Customizing Kits. The ones you could build two complete cars. I wish JL would have produced many more. I honestly believe if JL was still rollin' em' out with all the other series of cars, they would be on the top today. Even though we now have more detailed and more to scale cars, I think JL would still be on the top of every collectors list!!!
These were the absolute coolest!!!

Love the Tbuckets, would have grabbed the Deuces too if I saw them. I do have a copy of the Tom Daniel custom dune buggy van that I don't recall the name offhand...didn't recall seeing it singly (learned later it was released just once assembled, the kit being the only other time it was released).

I've got the white/blue 62 Corvette from their American Grafitti release ...its the only kit I have come across , and yea they are pretty cool, Its hard to believe there is enough parts in the T Bucket to build 560 ways

I liked the kits also. Mine are all assembled. I am glad M2 was passed the baton on these!

I wish M2 would put a better selection of wheels with their kits... Of all the nice looking "CHROME" wheels they have, they put the white wheels in the kits... That's why I only bought a few select kits...
Their kits are great to build and fun too, but like to see better wheels to choose from...

I never did find that one either way. Was it hard to get for some reason?

Dunno...I found mine hanging pretty as you please on a peg, I don't recall if Kmart or Wally, but it was in a big box store.

I had a couple of the kits - may even still be down in the basement tucked away in some corner of the toy boxes. Seems to me one was the T-Bucket. If I find them they will eventually make their way to the sale forum.

I have several of the kits. Mainly the Camaros for the decal sheets.

I also used a lot of the wheels because they were already off the chassis.
