Look at that depth of the picture man that is like the real life picture. Love the wagons can't believe I don't have even one of those.

I wouldn't mind having a Fairlane and Country Squire parked in my garage. :) Those are nice cars from JL. Really like the display with the Shell station - is that a Bachman/Plasticville kit?

I've wanted that Shell Station for a long time.....of course, I had other "designs" on its purpose.....would've made an awesome fire station!

Oh, and the cars are real nice, too....

I picked up the green Country Squire a while back, and I don't even particularly like Fords. I guess it's just something about the particular car that I like, the sense of a typical family hauler. Growing up, we had several station wagons on the block, including a maroon '66 Bel Air, a silver blue '69 Chevelle Concours, a white '64 Country Squire and a white '71 Plymouth Sport Suburban. Heck, we don't have that many SUVs on our block today... Maybe there IS hope!

I readily admit to being a long-time station wagon fan, having grown up watching the world go by from the rearward-facing third seat of a dark green '69 Chevy Kingswood Estate... and you can guess how thrilled I was when AW came out with that one! (Now they just have to sell it in dark green with the series 3-style exposed headlights!)

Nice models but why does the Shell Station have the Gulf Chevelle taken hostage?
