This came in the other day from Japan, Tomica Long Hitachi-Sumitomo SCX900-3 1/120 scale. This was released in June 2015, and Is a very nice piece. The only thing I don't like about it is the base of the crane should be slightly larger. I gonna order some more Tomica Construction equipment very soon.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Compared to a 1/122 scale PC200, like I said it should be larger.

That's really cool that you can adjust the boom length too. I take it the base is fairly weighty to keep balance? |

Very nice, I've been contemplating taking the plunge with this one as well as the Grove/Kobelco crane |

Thanks guys, like I said it is a really nice peice. The next Tomica pieces I am thinking about is the Sakai milling machine and the Hanta paver. Plus there is so much potential castings that Tomica can use in the future for construction. |

The Hanta Paver was the first Tomica I ever ordered from Japan as I don't have much (if any) road-building stuff in my collection. I highly recommend it. Very heavy with both metal body and base, as well as a ton of working parts. As for the crane, it's one I plan to get. It looks great! Edited by cody6268, Sep 28 2015, 06:17 PM.
