That's amusing that the top opens. I've never seen the dehydrated shrimp look that nice after preparation though. :P

Tomica probably does cute better than any diecast toy company. The funny thing is, I think these kind of things reflect real advertising vehicles in Japan as well.

Small vendor type trucks are very common in Japan. Not sure about this noodle truck - if it reflects a real type advertising vehicle or just from the creative and fun minds at Tomica.

I think in this case it's a fantasy vehicle. I tried looking for images of a real one, and this is the closest thing I could find...

Even if this vehicle is not based on an actual one, this is one I want to get. It's such a novelty, I think it would be a fun addition to anyone's collection.

:toy: It is the type of model I would have set up on my old farm scene diorama as a conversation piece - kind of like the Ninja turtles and Garfield I used to put in different places on the display...and wait for the fun comments.
