somewhere along the way they changed the casting from the base and separate bumpers. to an all in one base/bumpers casting. ![]() ![]() ![]()

Interesting. I assume it was to save time during assembly which in turn saves money. Nice Ford BTW!

What's funny is, it's not a Ford. It's a Lincoln. We all know Ford is the parent company but it's like saying Chevrolet Elderado. |

It is labeled as such because it is a copy of a Tomica that was labeled the same way. The Zylmex copy of the Tomica simply labels it as a Continental Mark 4 on the bottom. |
