A rusting kit, some light coats of paint, and some fine-grit sandpaper will probably help. There are weathering kits made by manufacturers like Tamiya, but they are a little pricey for me and I've never used them. If you want to create realistic-looking flat tires, use a Dremel with a sanding drum or grinding bit on the end.
