The brandīs name is probably MEHA, but Iīm not sure ! I believe the cars name is VAZ . *VAZ* = *Volshskij Automobilnyj Zavod* - name from the the car-factory near the river Wolga (Russia).
The car is in the scale 1/60 and all metal. I have only this one from this maker.

At first glance, it reminded me of the Johnny Lightning Simpson's station wagon.
