Dinky Trimph TR2! B)

missing driver & rubber tire :(

bottom with info

this is the very 1st Dinky I've ever owned!
not bad for $3 :woot:

also there were 4 pennies in the box
US dated
2 1963 D & 1962 D
Canadian Penny dated 1947! B)

so its obvious the boxes have not been opened since the 1970s or late 1960s I'd say :wow:

I'd look from the o-ring seal catalog.
I did that to my Corgi toys Morris Mini.

I've got a handful of Canadian pennies--most of them came from stores here in my area. I've also got a couple bucks worth of quarters.

That Dinky and Tootsietoy are nice. You can likely find the driver and tires for that Dinky Jag, but chances are, you'll have to get them from someone in the UK. I have a Triumph Spitfire that's needing the same parts plus a windshield, and they cost much more than the car cost me (about $5). That Tootsietoy is near mint--something you rarely see.

The Girder and Panel building sets are nice. I think someone makes them today. I've been looking at their fire station for years.

I think so, these were a General Mills promotion at least 10 years ago. I've got a Kyle Petty Dodge that came in a box of Cheerios way back then.

It was a Lamborghini Marzal. I can't for certain remember what brand. I haven't been able to find a dark metallic green one with what I swear was a white metal bottom.
