I always hope JL Greenlight or AutoWorld will re-do this generation of Mustang, as the execution of the JL casting was far from the best. As popular as the real cars were, I figured there would be more people urging for a nicely done replica. The only decent "true" 1/64 casting came from Modifiers and is quite hard to find. Unfortunately the casting was already somewhat modified.

I think JL's attempt at this is wayyyyy better than the early SN-95's (1994-1998). JL failed miserably on that one. Maybe I will showcase those turds next. LOL.

Looks like you have a Matchbox that smuggled its way into the JL herd.

Rob G. recently posted the raw set from JL. It is next to impossible to find. So I cloned a MBX to take it's place in my collection.

Jack yours look good. The ones I have gotten on the front fender well it looks kind of rough where they meet with the body.

They did some nifty variations on this model (like a few V6 models in the Modern Muscle line and the Cobra), but the front-end is poorly done with that massive gap above the bumper!
