Welcome to the Garage!
I do not follow the trucks very much, so I can't offer any assistance, but I'm sure someone else will be able to show what yours would have looked like new. What information are you hoping to find out about it?

Welcome to Swifty's!

I may have one somewhere in a box, but don't have a photo of it, although the metal bed doesn't seem familiar to me either, so I wonder if they changed it to plastic on later issues.

YATMING HINO NO7 CHERRY PICKER 1/64
This boxy looking cab which may possibly based on a Hino was used extensively by Yatming from the 1970's onwards on many different bodystyles including this cherry picking truck. Part of a 10 vehicle originally bought from Harrods back in the 1980's.
Mint and boxed.

I've seen that in a multipack of emergency vehicles, I guess being marketed as a fire department aerial, even without tampos or being all red. Can't remember seeing or having it in fire livery otherwise. There is an all-red aerial ladder with that cab, but the rear body is different, having a hose reel each side and some fire tools and an axe. It's also clearly marked "Yatming" in the base.

Same cab and chassis was also given different rear body sections as well. Here are a few variations of some Fire Department tow trucks -

a few slight casting variations to note -

also, these versions have the front bumper molded into the casting of the cab.

Oooh, I like those, Sammy! If I weren't packing and cleaning today (leaving tomorrow first light for you know where) I'd go dig through tubs to see if I have both of these.....I know I have the one with the all black badge. But even if I have both, I've never put them side-by-side to notice there are casting differences. Thanks for highlighting that!

Hope California's fire season takes a long pause so you can for sure make it to ABQ.....sounds like LA County escaped another potential disaster through good firefighting.
