Anyone that knows me well knows how much I like Mazdas. When a pair of this year's Gathering dinner cars became available here, I just had to have them. Thanks Jim for the easy sale!

Wow! Those certainly great pieces, and great you were able to add them to your collection. They really do those dinner models right.

Those are sharp looking Miata's! A nice tribute to Mazda's LeMans victory!

This is a great looking Miata! I picked one up from Jim G. also - I opted for the version without the extra wording.

How well were/are yours secure to the display base. Unfortunately on mine, the front screw hole seems to be stripped, causing the car to wobble from side to side while screwed down (since only one screw is holding it). I was thinking of trying to find a slightly larger screw... maybe something metric? I don't want to use glue, at least not a strong glue.... but maybe Elmer's white glue would be ok?

Beautiful car - I'm going to have to track one down too!

Mike- one the textless version, perfectly fine. I am actually missing a screw on the text version but the other one works fine too.
