This version appears to be a tribute to the people who make these great little toy cars for us, Thailand, at least I'm assuming that this MATCHBOX logo is written in the Thai languange, but I do know the red and blue color of the truck appears to be the colors in Thailand's flag. I don't know what the pixels represent, maybe just to fill space. The blue seemed a little darker in hand, I think it got a little washed out in my photos. ![]() ![]() ![]()

It is a nicely done model from MB - saw it the other day at Wally but passed since it is not in the areas I collect these days...and I really don't want to start down the road again. It is interesting that the writing is in Japanese.

Now that know it's Japanese, it inspired me to dig out one of a few old Japanese Matchbox boxes I had acquired about 20 years ago, and see what markings were on the box. Thought the matching logos on them was pretty neat ....

It might be an interesting reference, but it makes no sense on a generic American moving truck.
