Nice Patrick! A number of years ago I had a chance at one like this along with a couple other unusual issues, unfortunately I only watched the auction and forgot to go back and bid, and of course it went for a cheap price. :duh:

Nice one Patrick. I remember when those were released and the challenge it was to try and get one. I never did. :)

I might have passed on this when it was 'new'.....but today, even though it's not an emergency vehicle, that sliding door makes me want to have one in my collection!

Looks like this version was enjoyed by some youngsters in it's day, but would love to have this in my collection! Our family had a 1985 Plymouth Voyager in the garnet red color of the original Matchbox offering. While reading a road test in the new Car and Driver magazine, I found it amazing that the new Chrysler Pacifica is 10 inches wider and over 27 inches longer than the original vehicle. They've certainly taken the "mini" out of mini-van!

Great Find! I was lucky enough to score one of these several years ago, but now they seem almost impossible to find, and when they do show up, they are ridiculously priced.

As all have said - "Hard to Find". Luckily, I got one when they first showed up. Very cool, I thought, right up my alley. And I figured there would be more coming. Nope.
It was sometime after when it was realized there was to be no more, that it became known that there was a couple variations done.
3 of them to be exact. So I set out to find them. Took me years.

And what is the variations? You can see all 3 in this view.

Good luck.
