I'd rather redo this one with a projection screen in front with a PC connected to it & put it into the basement

It was a simulator Canadian National used in the 80's. My dad trained in it when he got a job for CN. Still works there after nearly 30 years

It was done in the city of Boucherville, Québec during the 1998 ice storm:

When they started our local regional rail line service in 2011 they used these refurbished 1950s-era Budd RDCs on loan from the Trinity Railway Express (TRE) regional rail system

At the millennium when they threatened the change from 1999 to 2000 could screw up the system my father had the house set up so his RV generator could power the house if necessary

Thats how I wanna rebuild mine!
Course I'll play those realistic Trainz games with it instead

Gotta figure a way to take it apart to fit down the stairs :lol:

I read about those locos being used for power
I even heard they cracked the pavement too! :o

Not surprised since locos weigh a few thousand tons
Would of loved to see the vids of these locos being taken off & run down the street B)
