The holy grail find; Cadillac XLR-V

Always keep an eye out at the flea market/jockey lot/antique stores. What might be a pile of loose cars can reveal a long-lost gem, and while everyone else looks for those popular Hot Wheels models/variants I was surprised to come upon the rare Yat Ming Cadillac XLR-V in nearly mint condition! It doesn't say Yat Ming on the base so no one would know the rareity of this model, but I sure did! Found this almost a month ago at my last jockey lot visit. I added some details and also had a MB CTS Wagon tag along as well:

Support your local demo derby.

The Caddy was among the last new 3" castings the company did perhaps around 08 or '09.

That's a rare one?
I have one from somewhere and didn't think much of it because of the ugly wheels.

I have seen many on flea markets here, never even thought picking one up because of the mentioned ugly wheels :D

I have one also. I'm very fond of it. The XLR is my step father's dream car even though I have repeatedly reminded it is little more than a Corvette in a pretty wrapper. He detests Corvettes.

I found this one among many other late Yats at a little store called The Nifty Thrifty for a $1. Last time I was there they had many of the basic Yats left. At one time they had the Yat Shine Rods which I regret not picking up despite the blingy wheels.

Gosh, I think I saw one in the local grocery store five years or so ago, and I don't think I ever returned to buy it. :-( I have no idea why I didn't get it because I like picking up those unique castings from "third tier" manufacturers. CONGRATS FOR THE FIND!!!!
